Yay I’m off on my holibobs!

Unfortunately I’m not off to beautiful Switzerland to see my eldest son just yet …. its rainy Norfolk  here I come!!

Good news is the Live classes will go ahead with Karen and she will cover my Monday and Wednesday 9.30am.  For Thursday there is no Live class so to give you and Karen a rest  I have pre-recorded a 35 minute Pilates class and a 10  minute Ab blast which she will put On Demand on Wednesday evening.

The following week is another Bank Holiday Monday so there is another new pre-recorded 45 minute Pilates Class ready for you to do that day.

So I may be away but I am still making sure that you are keeping fit and flexible in my absence.
