We have Yoga!!

We are very excited to announce our very first Yoga workout is now available On Demand.

Jane is a very experienced instructor and her first session with us is a lovely hip opening and stretching class.

Combining these flowing moves with holistic breathing and relaxation can really benefit your mental health and well being.  Sometimes its nice to try something new and add to your regular training program (you may not always want to sweat with Karen!!!)
