Beginners Pilates Programme

This series of 8 short classes is ideal if you are new to Pilates, or if you are recovering from injury.
The workouts are performed at a slower pace & are largely equipment free.

Get Back on Track

This plan is a 4 week programme we put together in the summer & we have designed this plan for anyone who needs to get back into a fitness routine following a break i.e. school holidays.

Each week there are 6 workouts, a combination of Pilates, cardio & resistance training of varying durations – 1 x 45mins, 2 x 30 mins, 2 x 20 mins & 1 x 10 mins, plus an end of week stretch.

This gives you the flexibility to choose how long you wish to workout for to suit your lifestyles especially if you have busy schedules.

Small pieces of equipment are used in some of the classes but these can be optional.

The Winter Workout Plan

This is a workout plan we designed last winter to keep you motivated during those long dark winter months.

There are 30 workouts, mainly 20 minutes  – Pilates, Strength Training, Barre, etc… each class targets different body areas & in some we use small pieces of equipment for added intensity.

We have also included a few 30 minute Body Conditioning classes with some low impact cardio to give you variation &  overall fitness.

A well done stretch is included at the end of every week.

Pert & Peachy

This is a 14 workout challenge, each workout is between 10 & 15 minutes long, all designed to tone, grow & shape your glutes(butts.)

In some workouts we use small pieces of equipment, hand weights & resistance bands. You can do this as a challenge over 14 days for maximum results or slot them into your usual exercise routines to fire up those lazy glutes!
