Pilates Classical
Slower paced classes using many of the original Pilates moves to tone, lengthen and sculpt your whole body. We take time in these classes to focus on your technique, your breathing and we offer many adaptations and modifications for beginners and improvers. You will also find lots of stretching and mobility moves in these sessions

Pilates Power
Faster paced more intense classes combining Pilates moves with some low impact cardio, strength and resistance training designed to challenge your core and work your whole body. These classes will get your heart pumping and will leave you feeling energised and feeling the burn!
Join us live on Saturdays at 9am
Pilates Contemporary
Modern Pilates classes using pieces of small equipment – hand weights, mini balls and resistance bands. We also combine in some classes Yoga flow and have a dedicated Big Stability Ball class.
Join us live on Tuesdays at 9.30am (Big Ball) and On Demand every Thursday brand new small equipment classes

Pilates Plans & Programs
We have a variety of classes on demand of 10, 15, 20, 30, 45, 50 and 60 mins.
We also have specialised programs for Beginners, The Menopause and Weight Training.
Our workout Plans include -The 30 Day Challenge – a 20 min workout everyday for 30 days, The Pert & Peachy Challenge – 14 day challenge for your bottoms,
Plus available as a one off purchase – The Get Back on Track workout plan – 30 workouts of various durations and the Winter Workout Plan – 30 Workouts of 20 minutes
