New – The Summer Term Challenge launches On Demand tomorrow 7/6/21
We are excited to announce the 20 minute On Demand workouts are back.
We have a new program for you starting tomorrow called The Summer Term Challenge. This challenge has been designed to help you tone up and get stronger, fitter and more flexible in the coming weeks before the kids break up, or if you are heading off for staycations or just need to get your fitness goals back on track.
As the weather gets better and we can get out more these short workouts are ideal to slot into your day at any time and if you want a longer workout you can always do a couple at a time!
We will be adding 2 brand new workouts and 2 of our favourites from either previous programs or some edited from our longer live classes.
There will be weekly:-
1 Upper Body workout
1 Lower Body workout
1 Weighted/Resistance/Cardio Whole Body workout
and 1 Middle Management – Abs and Core
Our regular Live classes will be continuing giving you 7 brand new workouts per week to choose from.
