Its Party Time! and we have some Summer news

Kali members you are all invited to our Summer Garden Party on Saturday 7th August from 1pm to 5ish at Lisa’s house in Billericay.

We are very excited to meet you all in the flesh, so please come and have some drinks and nibbles with us and let’s celebrate our new found freedom.

If you are coming, please email info@kalipilates.co.uk , lisawebster1@sky.com or message us on Facebook and we will send you the address.

As Karen and I have been working non-stop filming the Lives and the On Demand content, we now have over 300 workouts on the website, so we are taking a short 2 week break.

The classes always become quieter in the summer months with many going away so there will be no Live classes for the 2 weeks starting Saturday the 24th July up to Monday 9th August.

We think this is a great opportunity for you to browse the classes on the website and catch up on your favourites or find some new favourites.

We have decided that this will be a good opportunity for us to reach some new clientele so we will be doing 2 Live 30 minute Instagram classes on Saturday 24th July at 9am and Sunday 1st August at 9am. Just remember if you wish to support us doing these Lives it will be through Instagram on your phones or tablets and not through the Kali Website.

We hope you can all make the party as we would like to thank you in person for all the support you have given us to make Kali successful.
